Ingredients

  1. 1/2 stickButter
  2. 2 cupChopped celery
  3. 1 cupChopped onion
  4. 2 packagesBroccoli or desired amount
  5. 2 cupCooked rice
  6. 1 eachSmall jar cheese whiz
  7. 1 canCream of mushroom soup

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté butter, celery and onion.

  2. 2

    Mix together rice, cheese whiz, and mushroom soup. Add broccoli.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients. Place in a large greased baking dish. Cook in 350°F oven for about 30 minutes or til bubbly.
