Ingredients

2 tbspseasoned rice wine vineger
1 cupvegie oil
1 cupsake
2 piecefrozen boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cupwater
1 tbspcornstarch

Steps

Put all ingredients in ziplock bag marinate for about 2 hours
2

Heat an oiled pan (I used cast iron) sear chicken on both sides
3

Turn down heat to medium pour in marinade and cover cook for 1 hour (liquid will boil) remove chicken
4

Mix water and cornstarch add to left over sauce in pan to thicken pour over chickem
