Super Moist Pumpkin Bread

I got this recipe from a co-worker, it is now my go to pumpkin bread recipe. Everyone I make it for...loves it! Very moist, a must have with your morning coffee. Great for little ones, just make mini muffins with the bread batter. Adjust baking time to 12 minutes.

I got this recipe from a co-worker, it is now my go to pumpkin bread recipe. Everyone I make it for...loves it! Very moist, a must have with your morning coffee. Great for little ones, just make mini muffins with the bread batter. Adjust baking time to 12 minutes.
Steps

Preheat oven 350. Grease two bread loaf pans or use Pam.

In a bowl, combine all wet ingredients and mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix.

Slowly combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients until completely mixed.

Pour into bread loaf pans and bake at 350 for 70 minutes. Check center with toothpick, and should be dry. If not, continue baking in 10 minutes increments and then re-check with toothpick.

Allow bread to cool before removing from pans.
