Ingredients

  • my own recipes
  • 250 gramsunsalted butter (softened)
  • 6 piecebasil finely chopped
  • 6 pieceblack olives pitted chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1grated manchego cheese (desired amount)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Lay plastic wrap then put the butter mixture. Roll up like a log, and chill for one hour until firm.
