Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
  • 1 kgminced chicken or beef or lamb
  • 1 largeonion, chopped
  • 8garlic cloves
  • oregano
  • rosemary
  • paprika
  • ground nutmeg
  • 2eggs
  • 1breadcrumbs
  • 100 gramsenglish mustard
  • 100 gramsketchup
  • 5 tspbrown sugar

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the mustard ketchup and brown sugar that will be mixed in a different bowl.

    Preheat oven to 180°F Celsius. Pour the mixture in a bowl and cook for 1hr15 mins not forgetting to put the mustard mixture on top.
