Ingredients

  1. 1 stickButter for greasing dish, not all will be used
  2. 2 canPineapple Tidbits 20 oz each drained
  3. 1 cupSelf Rising Flour
  4. 1 cupSugar
  5. 2 cupSharp Cheddar Cheese grated
  6. 2 envelopeRitz Crackers crushed
  7. 1 cupButter melted

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    Grease bottom and sides of casserole dish with butter.

  3. 3

    Spread drained pineapple tidbits in even layer in casserole dish.

  4. 4

    In medium bowl mix the flour, sugar and sharp cheddar cheese with a large plastic spoon until well blended.

  5. 5

    Spread flour mixture in an even layer on top of pineapple in casserole dish.

  6. 6

    Spread crushed Ritz Crackers evenly on top of flour mixture.

  7. 7

    Spoon or drizzle melted butter over crushed crackers.

  8. 8

    Place in preheated oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
