Ingredients

  1. 1 kgmooli
  2. 1 kggajar
  3. 1 kggobhi(cauliflower)
  4. 1 pieceGinger,garlic sirka gudd
  5. Masale-salt,redchill powder,haldi,sauf,rai(acc to taste)
  6. Danamethi,heing(acc to taste)
  7. 250 gms.Sarso ka teel

Steps

  1. 1

    After cutting into pieces,wash and boil all the vegetables (1or 2boil)

    Strain the water.

    Dry them in sun.

    Coarsely grind suaf,rai and danamethi.

    In a kadhai take sarson ka teel.

  6. 6

    Boil it and simmer the gas.Add to it all masale and vegetables.

    Stir them 3-4 times properly.

  8. 8

    Gudd is soaked in 1/2 cup sirka.

  9. 9

    It is then added in the kadhai stir them properly.

    Cool it down them put in a container.

    If u feel the oil is less u can add more from above in the container.

    The achar is now ready!!
