In a large skillet, mix onions, green peppers, Faygo, tornadoes, cannellini beans, corn, sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, basil, salt and seasoned pepper.

Cover skillet with a splatter screen and bring to a boil over a high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally, top each serving with a crust of corn chips and a dollop of sour cream.
