  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspcanola oil
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 2 tspginger
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • 1red pepper
  • 1jalapeños
  • 1/2 cupThai sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1green onions

  1. 1

    Sprinkle chicken with salt

  2. 2

    Heat oil on high

  3. 3

    Add garlic and ginger, stir fry until starts to brown

  4. 4

    Add onion, red and green peppers, and jalapeño. Stir fry adding 4 tsp water by the tablespoon to prevent stick
