Steps

Cut paneer in thin slices and marinate in three portion

One in salt and black pepper...second one in green chutney and salt..and last one in tandoori masala salt curd red chilli powder ginger garlic paste

Then all the paneer should b roasted in grill pan with some drops of oil

After that all the three portion of paneer should b organised in sandwich with cheese slice in each layer

Then dip in cornflour paste and cover with oats and bread crumbs and shallow fry

Served with tri colour salad and dips
