Ingredients

  • 1 largeOnion chop
  • 1/2 largeGreen pepper - chop
  • 1 dashCelery flakes
  • 2 tspMinced garlic
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1Salt
  • 1Pepper
  • 1 tbspParsley flakes
  • 3 canCream of mushroom soup
  • 1 canCream of shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cupGreen onions chopped
  • 1as needed Seafood stock
  • 1 tspCajun seasoning
  • 2 lbPeeled shrimp
  • 1 dashKitchen bouquet for color
  • 2 dashLouisiana hot sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Turn crock pot on high, add butter, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Allow to cook down. Add salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, parsley and celery. Add soups, hot sauce, kitchen bouquet and seafood stock. Cook for four hours. Add shrimp and cook for additional hour. Serve with cooked rice.
