  1. 1 largeOnion chop
  2. 1/2 largeGreen pepper - chop
  3. 1 dashCelery flakes
  4. 2 tspMinced garlic
  5. 2 tbspButter
  6. 1Salt
  7. 1Pepper
  8. 1 tbspParsley flakes
  9. 3 canCream of mushroom soup
  10. 1 canCream of shrimp
  11. 1 1/2 cupGreen onions chopped
  12. 1as needed Seafood stock
  13. 1 tspCajun seasoning
  14. 2 lbPeeled shrimp
  15. 1 dashKitchen bouquet for color
  16. 2 dashLouisiana hot sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Turn crock pot on high, add butter, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Allow to cook down. Add salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, parsley and celery. Add soups, hot sauce, kitchen bouquet and seafood stock. Cook for four hours. Add shrimp and cook for additional hour. Serve with cooked rice.
