Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgcarrot
  2. 500 mlmilk
  3. 1 canCondensed milk
  4. 100 gmkhoya
  5. 100 gmDesi ghee
  6. Dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and grate carrots

  2. 2

    Add ghee in pan and cook carrots

  3. 3

    Add milk after carrots are cooked

  4. 4

    Add condensed milk and khoya

  5. 5

    Place lid over it and cook it

  6. 6

    When cooked garnish it with chopped dry fruits serve hot or cold
