Steps

At first wash and marinate the chicken with salt garlic and turmeric powder

Now pressure cook it till it becomes tender

Add oil in a heated pan and tamper the whole garam masala

Now fry the onion paste

Add garlic and ginger mix well

Then add the tomato chopped,salt and turmeric powder,mix well

Finally add the boiled chicken,mix well

Add little amount of stalk and cover

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and slitted green chillies

Fried chicken muska is ready to be served
