  1. 1chopped cooked chicken
  2. 1red bell pepper
  3. 2tomatoes chopped
  4. 1/2red onion
  5. 1/2 canmixed beans
  6. 1 tbspred wine vinegar
  7. 1/4 cupfeta cheese
  8. 1/2 tbspdried oregano
  9. 1/4 cupolive oil

    Combine the chicken, bell pepper, tomato, onion, beans, and feta in a large salad bowl.

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl, combine the vinegar and oregano with a few generous pinches of salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking to combine. Toss the dressing with the salad.

  4. 4

    sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or so, and serve
