300 mlbeef stock
1 canchopped tomatoes
1 canred kidney beans in chilli sauce
1 canbutter beans

brown mince and chopped onions

add garlic, chillies and spices

add stock , tinned toms , chopped carrots and tom puree simmer for 10 mins.

add butter bean,kidneybeans and green beans simmer until beans and carrots tender.
