  1. 1 cupsugar
  2. 1 canfreshly dice peaches
  3. 70 gramsmelted butter
  4. 300 gramsphiladelphia cream cheese
  5. 120 gramsdigestive biscuits
  6. 50 mllemon juice
  7. 50 mlpeach syrup
  8. 2 tspgelatin powder

Cooking Instructions

    mix biscuits crumbs and butter 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 13" pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling

    Beat cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup of sugar in a mixer until well blend. Add melted gelatin, lemon juice and peach syrup, mix well. Stir in peaches and mix well.

    Spoon cream cheese over crust and cover with a cling wrap.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Serve and enjoy.
