Bring butter, sugar, and milk to a full rolling boil in a heavy saucepan. Stir constantly, boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chocolate until melted. Add remaining ingredients, beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Cool and cut into squares.
