Ingredients

6 servings
  • 800 gramsyellow noodle
  • 10Scallop
  • 2 cupcooked roasted pork
  • 1 1/2 cupany stock or water
  • 3 tbspdark soy sauce
  • 3 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 3 tbspOf Oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Of sugar
  • 2 tbsppounded garlic
  • 2 tbsppounded shallot
  • 1small red Chili pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    With oil sauté the pounded garlic and shallot then add in the cooked roasted pork and Scallop for few minutes then drain half the pork and all Scallop and set a aside

    Add the the green vegetable and yellow noodle with the stock and sauce mixture then mix well and bring it to a boil

  3. 3

    Serve immediately TOP with the reserved cooked pork and scallops and enjoy
