clean mushrooms . remove stems chop stems and add to sausage meat.

place mushrooms in baking pan, topside down.

mix sausage meat and mushroom stems . roll into balls and put in mushroom cups.

sprinkle with salt and pepper.

bake at 400 for 15 -20 minutes
- 6
sprinkle with Swiss cheese cook till melted
- 7
sprinkle with parsley and serve
