  2. 1 packagesRed skin potatoes
  3. 1 stickButter
  4. 1 cupFlour
  5. 1as needed Milk

    Prepare mashed potatoes

    Melt butter in pan then add flour I make roux.

    Add milk and dried beef then stir till thickened.

    Serve over potatoes and with peas.
