  • 1 canDried Beef
  • 1 packagesRed skin potatoes
  • 1 stickButter
  • 1 cupFlour
  • 1as needed Milk

    Prepare mashed potatoes

    Melt butter in pan then add flour I make roux.

  3. 3

    Add milk and dried beef then stir till thickened.

    Serve over potatoes and with peas.
