Ingredients

1 1/2 tbspkosher salt
3 tbspunsalted butter
2 1/2 tbspolive oil
4 clovegarlic pressed
1 lbchicken breasts cut into pieces
1/4 tspblack pepper
1/3 cupchopped parsley
1/2 tsplemon zest
1/4 cuplemon juice
1/4lemon slices
1/4 tspred pepper flakes

Steps

In a large pan melt butter and add olive oil med-low heat.

Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Sauté until chicken is done.

Remove from heat. Add parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice and red pepper flakes toss to combine.

Add chicken mix well. Top with lemon slices
