1 lbkale(frozen or fresh)
1chopped garlic add as much as u want.
2 tbspolive oil
1/2 cupbread crumbs
1salt and pepper for taste

if fresh kale chop and cook. once done strain kale till all water is gone.

add chopped garlic and bread crumbs and mix well

if not that thick add a little more bread crumbs. the top with salt and pepper
