Ingredients

  1. 1 largecauliflower
  2. 500 mlmilk
  3. 4 tbspflour
  4. 50 gramsbutter
  5. 100 gramschedder cheese

    preheat oven to 220c gas 7

  2. 2

    break up cauliflower and add to boiling water for 5mins

  3. 3

    as the cauliflower is boiling add the milk butter and flour to a pan and heat whisking untill nice and thick

  4. 4

    once thick take off the heat and add the cheese

  5. 5

    drain cauliflower and add to a oven proof dish, then pour over the sauce

  6. 6

    you can sprinkle extra cheese over the top if you desire then add to the oven for approx 20mins
