  • 400 gramsGnocchi
  • 300 gramsHot Salsa
  • 1Lemon
  • 1Basil

  1. 1

    Cool gnocchi for 2-3 min until they rise to surface of boiling water

  2. 2

    Add jar of hot salsa, all the juice and half the zest to a pan and heat.

  3. 3

    Stir in the gnocchi and basil.

  4. 4

    Serve and scatter remaining zest and basil over the top.
