for filling cook the sausage till brown breaking up the meat into small pieces add onion garlic and spices after you cook for a bit add tomato sauce

for the sauce add remaining tomato sauce amd tomatoes spice let boil turn down to simmer as the ravioli is done add to sauce turn off heat add the mozzarella last after last ravioli is added to sauce
