1 boxJiffy cornbread mix
1 tbspSugar
2 largeVidalia Onions (sliced thin)
8 ozSour Cream
1/2 cupMayonnaise
1 canCream style corn

Steps

Mix cornbread mix as directed on package.

Add sugar and place in a 10" casserole dish.

Cut onions and place on top of cornbread mix.

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, corn and dash of salt.

Pour over cornbread and onions.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
