Preheat oven to 375?F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silat silicone mat.

Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a colander. Place on a towel to dry off.

Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for approximately 45 mins or until crispy.

While still got, toss chickpeas into a bowel with the oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

Enjoy as is OR place back in oven for 10 or so mins for a Carmelites effect.
