I like a little something sweet after dinner and I didn't have any dessert or even a candy bar in my kitchen. So I thought why not make a bread and butter pudding in the microwave like I make my chocolate cake in a mug.

Tear up the bread into small piece and place it in a microwave safe mug.

Whisk the remaining ingredients in another bowl.

Pour the wet ingredients into the bread and microwave for 2 minutes.

Once done remove from the microwave and let it cool.

Sprinkle some powdered sugar over it and enjoy.
