Ingredients

  • 14 ozMedium Shrimp
  • 1/3 lbPenne Pasta
  • 1Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cupFresh Parsley
  • 1Yellow Onion
  • 3 tbspOlive Oil
  • 1/4 cupButter
  • 1/2 tspMinced Garlic
  • 1/3 lbPortobello Mushrooms
  • 7 ozAlfredo Sauce
  • 1/2 cupRomano Cheese
  • 1/2 cupHeavy Cream

  1. 1

    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once fully boiling, pour in Penne Pasta and cook for around 14 minutes. Occasionally stir to prevent sticking to sides.

    Dice the Bell Pepper, Fresh Parsley, and Portobello Mushrooms then set into a bowl.

  3. 3

    Bring a frying pan to medium heat. While heating, dice Yellow Onion.

  4. 4

    Once frying pan is fully heated, pour in 3 tbs Olive Oil, 1/4 cup Butter and diced Yellow Onion. Cook until onions soft and translucent or about 5 min.

  5. 5

    Add in 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic along with all diced veggies from earlier. Cook for another 2-3 min or until veggies are soft.

  6. 6

    Add in Medium Shrimp to cooking veggies and cook until done. About 4-6 more min.

  7. 7

    Add in Alfredo Sauce, mix in well. Then add Romano Cheese and Heavy Cream. Mix in well.

  8. 8

    Raise heat to simmer and cook all ingredients for another 5-6 min stirring constantly. Sauce should thicken up in pan.

  9. 9

    Drain the Penne Pasta then mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
