Ingredients

2sleeves of Wheat ritz crackers
1 stickButter
2 tbspSherry wine
2 tbspWhite wine
2 tbspPaprika
1 tbspWhite pepper
2 lbYour favorite fish
1medium yellow onion

Steps

1

Melt the butter in a fry pan and cook onion in it until they are clear.
2

Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
3

Let the butter and onion soak the crackers for a minute
4

Mix on low until blended well
5

Spread over fish in baking dish
6

Bake on 375 for 40 minutes
