Ingredients

  • 2sleeves of Wheat ritz crackers
  • 1 stickButter
  • 2 tbspSherry wine
  • 2 tbspWhite wine
  • 2 tbspPaprika
  • 1 tbspWhite pepper
  • 2 lbYour favorite fish
  • 1medium yellow onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the butter in a fry pan and cook onion in it until they are clear.

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl

  3. 3

    Let the butter and onion soak the crackers for a minute

  4. 4

    Mix on low until blended well

  5. 5

    Spread over fish in baking dish

    Bake on 375 for 40 minutes
