  1. 1 cupAll Purpose Flour
  2. 1 tbspSalt
  3. 3 largeEggs; room temperature & beaten
  4. 3 tbspHot Sauce
  5. 1 cupBread Crumbs
  6. 2 tbspChili Powder
  7. 1 tspCayenne Pepper
  8. 1 1/2 lbChicken Tenders; half-lengthed

    Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray a baking sheet with a non-stick spray. Set aside.

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl, mix together the flour & salt. In a second medium bowl, whisk together the eggs & hot sauce. In a third bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, chili powder, & cayenne pepper.

  3. 3

    Dredge the chicken in the flour, & then into the egg mixture. Allow any excess egg mixture to drop off. Then coat the chicken in the bread crumb mixture.

  4. 4

    Arrange the breaded chicken in a single layer on the prepared pan. Drizzle with olive oil & season with salt, to taste. Bake for about 15 to 17 minutes, or until golden & cooked through.
