Steps

In a mixing bowl, combine jaggery with regular milk & mix it till jaggery dissolve completely.

Add colostrum milk in it and mix well.

Sieve this mixture to remove any impurities.

Add cardamon & nutmeg powder, saffron & mix well.

Transfer it to a cooker pan.

Fill the pressure cooker base with water & allow to heat.

Place the pan inside the cooker & steam cook for 20-25 minutes.

Later take out the pan from the cooker & allow to cool it.

Then chill in a fridge.

Unmould in a serving dish & cut into squares.

Serve cold as a dessert.
