Ingredients

10 to 15 min
2 servings
  1. 2-3 cupBolied potato
  2. 1/4 cupFined chopped onion
  3. 2-3 tbspFinely chopped coriander leaves
  4. 1/4 cupBread crumbs
  5. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tspCoriander powder
  7. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspAamchur powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. For dip sauce:
  11. 1 tbspMayonnaise -
  12. 1/4 cupThick curd or yogurt
  13. 2 tbspFinely chopped onions -
  14. 1 tspSugar
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. leavesas some Coriander
  17. piecesRoasted cashed and almonds.cut in small

Steps

10 to 15 min
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together with gentle hands and make a soft dough

  2. 2

    Now take two tbsp refined flour (Maida)and put some water in it and make a runny mixture

  3. 3

    Now take 1/4 cup bread crumbs and mix 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp Italian seasoning,and mix it well

  4. 4

    Now grease your hands before making the lollipop

  5. 5

    Now take small amount of mixture and make a small ball

  6. 6

    After making ball dip into flour mixture

  7. 7

    After roll down in bread crumbs and roll between your palms

  8. 8

    Now take frying pan and put oil for frying

  9. 9

    For dip sauce:

    Mix all ingredients together finely
