Take pressure cooker add oil, mustard seeds, cumin, let it splutter. Add ginger garlic and saute.

Add onion, tomato, mix veg and mix. Add arhar dal. Add water and mix well.

Pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Sambhar is ready.

Soak urad dal & rice overnight. Grind it in paste.
