Ingredients

  • 1plate (about 1 pound/450 grams) chicken fillet
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 tablespoontahini
  • 1 tablespoonmixed spices (shawarma seasoning or your favorite blend)
  • Pinchsalt
  • Mashed garlic (about 2 cloves)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the garlic with olive oil.

  2. 2

    Cut the chicken into small cubes and add to the garlic. Cook until done, then sprinkle with spices, salt, and tahini.

  3. 3

    Serve in bread with mayonnaise, lettuce, and fries.
