Ingredients

  • 18corn tortillas
  • 3boneless chicken breast,cooked and shredded
  • 1 jarcreamy spinach dip.
  • 2 1/2 cupcheese,i use pepper jack.and colby
  • 1 jaror homemade green salsa

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven 350

  2. 2

    heat and slightly brown tortillas.I do this on griddle

  3. 3

    put 1tbsp oil in glass 9x12 baking dish

  4. 4

    mix chicken, spinach dip,1cup cheese alltogethet

  5. 5

    layer all ingredients,tortillas,1/4 cheese,half chik mixture ,repeat ending with tortillas spoon salsa over add cheese

  6. 6

    Bake 35to 40minute let sit 10 min ENJOY!
