Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 3 lbyellow squash sliced
  2. 5 tbspbutter
  3. 1 smallonion chopped
  4. 1 cupshredded colby jack cheese
  5. 2 largeeggs beaten
  6. 1/4 cupmiracle whip
  7. 2 tspsugar
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 20buttery crackers

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    boil squash 10 min then drain

  2. 2

    melt butter in skillet and sauteé onion

  3. 3

    remove from heat stir in squash cheese eggs mayo sugar and salt

  4. 4

    pre heat oven to 350 pour in baking dish

  5. 5

    crush crackers and add 2tsp of butter and stir spread evenly over top and bake 30min
