Ingredients

20 mins
  • 3 lbyellow squash sliced
  • 5 tbspbutter
  • 1 smallonion chopped
  • 1 cupshredded colby jack cheese
  • 2 largeeggs beaten
  • 1/4 cupmiracle whip
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 20buttery crackers

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    boil squash 10 min then drain

  2. 2

    melt butter in skillet and sauteé onion

  3. 3

    remove from heat stir in squash cheese eggs mayo sugar and salt

  4. 4

    pre heat oven to 350 pour in baking dish

  5. 5

    crush crackers and add 2tsp of butter and stir spread evenly over top and bake 30min
