Add onions and cook for 5 minutes

Add celery and potatoes, cook for 2 minutes

Add bayleaf and chicken broth, bring to simmer

Cover and cook for 20 minutes

Remove bayleaf, puree 2 cups soup and return to the pot

Stir in tomato, corn, and milk. Bring to simmer stirring for 5 minutes

Add black pepper to taste, garnish with parsley
