Ingredients

  • 1 cupblanched corn
  • 1 cupblanched and pureed spinach
  • 1 tspeach of dhania powder
  • 1 pinchhaldi
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pinchlal m irch powder
  • 1/2 cupTomato puree (1 tsp ginger chill paste)
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and butter add jeera add timato puree with greenchillies and ginger paste

  2. 2

    Saute it till tomato purees are cooked

  3. 3

    Add all the masalas and salt

  4. 4

    Now add palak and corn

  5. 5

    Cook for a min and serve
