Add besan, curd, methi Leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain & salt in a mixing bowl.

Keep rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile cut pav in 2 pieces from center.

Heat nonstick pan. Drizzle some oil. Dip pav in besan batter. Coat it in batter evenly.

Place it on nonstick pan. Cook it on medium flame until golden brown. Flip it and drizzle some more oil. Cook it from all sides.

Transfer it in serving plate. Serve hot with tomato sauce & hot Masala tea.
