In a wok take mustard oil. Bring it to smoking point.

Add jeera and ciba hing. Then add chopped onions and lasan adrak hari mirch paste.

Cook till pinkish in colour.

Add tomato paste. Mix well. Cook for 2 mins.

Add all dry spices. Salt, lal mirchi powder, ciba haldi, dhania powder, ciba chana masala.

Mix well and add half cup of water.

Cook till done. It should be cooked semi liquid gravy.

Let it cool. Keep aside.

Take bread kulchas and cut in between two parts.

On one half apply pizza sauce and put chana masala over it. Put sliced onions capsicum and tomatoes. Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes and garlic masala. Grate cheese over it.

On other half apply mayonnaise. Arrange sliced onions tomatoes and capsicum.

Sprinkle oregano chilli flakes and garlic masala. Grate cheese over it.

Now put mayonnaise part over chana part. Like double decker.

Now bake it for 8-10 mins at 180°.

Cut into four parts. Garnish with ketchup. Enjoy yummy pizza fusion.
