  1. 1/2 bowlChopped spinach -
  2. 1 bowlChopped water melon -
  3. 8 - 10Mint leaves -
  4. to tasteSalt -
  5. 2 tspLemon juice -

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop spinach and water melon.

  2. 2

    We soak the spinach in a ice water for 1 - 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add spinach, mint leaves,salt lemon juice and mix well.

  4. 4

    Lastly we add chopped water melon and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add the salad in the tarbooz basket.

  6. 6

    Serve chilled.
