Loaded Baked Potatoes

I enjoy good food while staying frugal with my money. The items listed can be bought at a VERY cheap price and they allow you to make at least 5 of these dishes. This meal is perfect for college students longing for a good home cooked meal with very little prep work and on a budget.
Loaded Baked Potatoes
I enjoy good food while staying frugal with my money. The items listed can be bought at a VERY cheap price and they allow you to make at least 5 of these dishes. This meal is perfect for college students longing for a good home cooked meal with very little prep work and on a budget.
Steps
- 1
Rinse the potatoes and cut a deep asterisk into them with a cutlery knife so that they cook evenly.
- 2
Cover the plate of potatoes and put them in the microwave for 6 minutes.
- 3
Carefully remove them from the microwave as the plate will be hot. Take your fork and mash the potatoes by placing your fork in the cuts so that the chewy skins stay at the bottom.
- 4
If the potatoes are still too firm, cover them and put them back into the microwave for 1:30.
- 5
Cover the potatoes with mozzarella cheese and microwave for 1:30.
- 6
Add the sauce to your liking and spread it with your fork.
- 7
Sprinkle on the garlic and Herb topping and anything else you'd like to add.
- 8
Enjoy!
