Sprinkle pork with salt & dredge in flour. Heat oil over medium heat & brown meat in both sides. About 3 - 5 minutes.

Transfer meat to plate ; keep warm.

Add jam, broth , mustard to the pan. Bring to summer & cook until thickens (about 3 minutes ). Pour sauce over pork & serve alone or over rice or pasta.

You can use chicken or turkey instead if pork
