Marinade mutton pieces with1/2 bowl curd,ginger garkic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice and salt.

Blanch spinach in salted boiling water for a minute..drain.

Grind spinach grn chilli coriander and mint to paste

Heat a thick pan. add whole garam masalas and cumin seeds and roast.

When nice aroma is given out add onion till golden and add tomatoes and cook well.

Add the mutton and cook on high for two mins(stir continuosly)

Add 1/2 remaining yogurt, 1 cup water and bring to boil.cook for 4-5 whistle or till cooked.ooen the lid add the spinach mixture.cook till all mix well.

Sprinkle kasoori methi and serve hot garnish with Ginger julienned.
