Ingredients

2 servings
  • 5sclice brown or white bread
  • 2medium potato chopped
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 1/4 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cupchopped tomatoe
  • 1/2 tspgreen chilli
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • 1/4 tspgream masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspcurry leaves
  • 1/4 tsprai
  • 1/4 tspjeera
  • 1/4 tspsoaf
  • 2-3 tspoil
  • For garnishing:-
  • 1/2 cupFried peanuts
  • 1/4cupChopped coriander
  • 1/2 cupPomegranate
  • 2-3 tspBhujia
  • Lemon juice as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly crumble the bread or cut it into very small pieces

  2. 2

    Take a pan put oil and add rai curry leaves, soaf jeera

  3. 3

    Now add potatoes, peas,onion,capsicum and cook well and add tumric

  4. 4

    Now add very little water(2to 3tsp)

  5. 5

    Put tomato, bread crumbs,salt and gram masala and mix properly

  6. 6

    Cover the pan with lid and cook for few min.

  7. 7

    Bread will absorbing all spices properly

  8. 8

    Switch off the gas and add lemon juice and mix properly

  9. 9

    Garnish with coriander, peanuts,pomegranate and bhujia
