Ingredients

16 servings
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 2/3 cupcarnation evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 2 cupmarshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cupsemisweet chocolate chunks
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1/2 cupcopied pecans or walnuts (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    butter an 8 inch square pan

  2. 2

    combine butter, milk, sugar, and salt. bring to a boil over medium heat

  3. 3

    stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla, and nuts

  4. 4

    stir for 1 minute until marshmallows melt

  5. 5

    pour into pan and refrigerate for 2 hours
