Ingredients

  • 3 cupCornbread Crumbs
  • 6 sliceBread, Crumbled
  • 5 cupChicken or Turkey Broth
  • 1 largeonion
  • 3 tbspButter, melted
  • 2Eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tspRubbed Sage
  • 1Salt & Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Soak bread crumbs in broth for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add all other ingredients.

  4. 4

    Mix thoroughly; pour into baking dish, sprayed with Pam.

  5. 5

    Bake for 45 minutes or until firm.

  6. 6

    (Ovens may vary- may take up to an hour.)
