Kedgeree

Although typically a breakfast dish, this is usually served for tea at my house. This goes nicely with most sauces, especially soy sauce, or a mango chutney.

Steps
- 1

Boil the eggs
- 4
Put the milk in a pan, and heat until lukewarm
- 5
Add the fish to the milk, and boil until cooked through
- 6
Cut up the eggs and add to the onion pan
- 7
Cook up the rice
- 8
Add the rice to the onion pan
- 9
Drain the fish, reserving some liquid
- 10

- 13
Serve hot or cold.
