  • 200 gramsdiced bacon
  • 2 cupgrated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3diced spring onions
  • 1 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 3 tspdijon mustard
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.

  2. 2

    Form small mounds and place onto parchment lined baking sheets.

  3. 3

    Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400° F.

  4. 4

    Allow to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying!
